Refund policy

Cancellations Cancellation requests email support@alt164.press with your order number and the subject line "Cancellation Request." No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after May 31, 2026, no exceptions.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email support@alt164.press within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will review each case individually and do our best to make it right.

Delays caused by printing, shipping carriers, or customs are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.
