Shipping policy

Preorder The Greyhoundz book is a preorder. Your payment goes directly toward funding production of the book. Books are estimated to ship September 2026.

Preorder pricing is available until May 10, 2026. Regular pricing applies after that date.

We are an online store with no pick-up options. All orders are delivered to your provided shipping address from our warehouse.

Shipping Shipping is calculated based on book weight. With secure box and packaging included, total shipment weight is up to 4.5kg including insurance.

Local Shipping (Philippines) Shipping rates are calculated based on actual courier costs including fuel surcharges, which are reviewed and updated by shipping companies every two weeks. The rates below reflect current charges at the time of your order.

All local orders are shipped via LBC and fully insured.

International Orders We currently do not offer automatic international shipping at checkout due to ongoing global logistics disruptions, including Middle East airspace closures affecting standard postal routes and significant courier rate increases in 2026.

International customers are welcome to order. Please email us at international@alt164.press with the following:

• Your country and city
• Which edition you would like to order
• Your complete shipping address

We will calculate your shipping cost manually based on current courier rates at the time of your inquiry and send you a payment invoice for the total amount. Shipping for international orders is handled on a case by case basis.

Customs and Duties For international orders, alt164 press is not responsible for taxes, duties, or customs fees collected in your country. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Cancellations and Refunds All sales are final. Cancellation requests must be submitted before May 31, 2026 by emailing support@alt164.press with your order number and the subject line "Cancellation Request."

If your book arrives damaged or defective, please email support@alt164.press within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and video of the damage. Each case will be assessed individually.

Delays caused by printing, shipping carriers, or customs are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.
